Scope: published public RFQ pages (https://mineroq.com/rfq/{publicCode}) and the public RFQ feed (https://mineroq.com/feed/rfq.xml), limited to the content shown there publicly. A buyer or company name is a public field only where the buyer has explicitly chosen to display it on that RFQ. Not covered: attachments, non-public buyer identity, contact details, offers, prices not shown publicly, messages, supplier identities, and any authenticated or private data. Permitted: - Automated, read-only access to public RFQs. - Internal commercial use. - Search, analysis and matching against other sources. - Retaining your own internally derived match or assessment results. - Retaining, for provenance, the MineROQ RFQ identifier, canonical URL, relevant public requirement fields and the time of observation.
